Continual usage of the products and services following the modification comprises endorsement of the change.

Appysa Technologies may drop or stop delivering services and product updates without notification and might undergo legal actions if you don’t adhere to our contract mentioned.

Appysa’s website has a demo for its comprehensive range of products. You can use the demo of our products to get the foremost details about the quality and operational process. Also, in case of any queries regarding the order or the coding criteria and package details, you may utilize our live support from 10:00 AM IST to 6:00 PM IST on all business days. You can avail of our crew assistance only on workdays. It excludes all the regional leaves declared by our Indian government and local holidays.

Appysa Refund Policy

When your order gets processed, it implies your consent to our refund, terms conditions and privacy policy. We acknowledge the final endorsement from the client side when the customer approves initiating the project by settling the deposit to begin the work. Please note that all sales fulfilled are final and non-refundable. 

Appysa prioritizes every bit of customer requirement to deliver the expected outcome with client satisfaction. The primary intent is to acquire an amicable relationship with the client. The product delivery will be prompt as per the affirmation made. In some scenarios, the scheduled delivery date may get altered as per the customer’s need. Thus, we are not accountable for the definitive time mentioned for the project delivery.

Appysa allows the client to evaluate the product via an online demo before initiating the project. Before approving the project, the client should thoroughly review the product functionality, support packages, add-ons, and revised packages. We will regard it as the final validation from the customer side and proceed to allot the required workforce and duration for the order placed. So, Appysa will not assure to repay the settlement after initiating the development and installation of the product.

The delivery of the project and customization work will solely depend on the affirmation made and approved during the sale. Thus, we are not accountable for the customer’s refund claim during the project delivery. Appysa is always keen to deliver the project to the customer on time within the noted timeframe. But in some cases, the delivery gets extended due to inevitable circumstances like regional holidays and emergency issues. In such scenarios, we won’t bear a refund.

All our developments, delivered per the affirmation will work precisely, as defined in our demo. But, few disruptions are totally common after the project deployment on various client-provided servers/hosting services due to customer-side domains such as the web browser and internet, server plan, etc. These complications can fix effectively in the support duration as mentioned in our contract terms & conditions. No refund claims after the purchase.
